Well developed township sims

I'm looking for a well developed Sims with residential and commercial building to rent. Most of the land I've visited full with lots of boxes here and there and illogical advertisement. I apologize if some might feel offended by this. It's just very disturbing to live in a place with billboards floating in the sky and huge buildings without architecture design except of boxes here and there. Any ideas on the Sims I'm searching for? Thanks
