I have a nice island on Acqua for rent. The rent is $25 USD or 7000L per month with 800 prims. There is a nice house and infinity pool/spa on the land, along with a beautiful waterfall. The house is 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, really nice. (I wouldn't be opposed to someone having a store or business on this land)
Also, I have a sky home above Solare II. Really nice home on a platform with a balcony off the bedroom, kitchen, dining, living area. This is 600L per week with 200 prims. A must see.
I have 2 apartments available at this time. Partly furnished for 300L per week and you 85 prims to use.
On Solare we have 3 very active clubs, unique shopping plaza, a nude beach, scooters, jet ski's, wind surfing, a theater. There is so much to do here.
