We have put quite a few rentals store/offices of various sizes on the sim. We need to get some businesses in there so the visitors have something to see/buy. So come visit, take a look around, if you see something you like i will offer 2 months free with a lease. Ask me or Yonatan Whiteberry for assistance with that. Club owners could set up a recruiting office. A small second store could feed your larger store. Use the small store to give out free samples to people while sending them to your main store for big ticket items. Take advantage of our traffic and the willingness of the visitors to work.
