I've got several plots left open in my sim, Shipyard ... most of the builds located on this sim is custom and built artistically and for quality.

The estate sun is set to dark so that designers can maximize the effect of windlight glow / lighting.

Land is available both for sale or rent ... if you're interested in renting, IM me in game for a discounted rate. Otherwise, the purchase price has been discounted and tier prices is located on site.

All builds on sim must contribute / fit-into the theme!

Anything industrial or futuristic would look best. Here are available sizes:

4096 sqm / 936 prims
2048 sqm / 468 prims
1024 sqm / 234 prims
