We currently have affordable housing located in Simcoe sim. Prices start at 100L a week for a small, 2 room house with 100 Prims, and pricing, prims, and house design and size go up from there.
The area is secure, fenced, and a security guard patrols regularly.
There is also a nice communal area for all renters, which includes a large pool, patio area, bbq, picnic table, and gazebo.
We also have space age condo's located in the Nipigon sim at Xanadu International Spacestation, a beautiful beach front home at Sedge, another beautiful river front home at Foxfield, and a large house or office building (it is really large and could be used for a large family or multiple people at Upper Wythburn.
