NEW on the market!! -

This SIM tries to replicate the Mojave Desert which is a arid region situated in southeastern California and portions of Nevada, Arizona and Utah. The Mojave has a typical mountain-and-basin topography with sparse vegetation. While some do not consider the Mojave a desert in its own right, the Mojave Desert hosts about 200 endemic plant species found in neither of the adjacent deserts.

I believe people buy specific themed land for specific reasons. Example :If you purchase Desert mountainous area of land, you probably expect that environment to be preserved, a Swiss Chalet, an Elven cottage or a towering Gothic castle are going to look out of place and are probably suited in a forest or on a craggy point where it is more appropriate to house them. Rest assured that your neighbors will abide by the zoning rules that you have agreed to abide by as well. Having reseached it a bit deeper there are a wide range of buildings that would be ideally suited which include such builds like Ranches, Spanish Villas, shacks, wooden structures etc

Almost any land size can be made available by cutting or joining for renting or buying. Please read Covenant beforehand regarding builds suited for this theme and Tier payments if you're wanting to buy. Terraforming allowable within the limits set for the entire Estate.

Escape the chaos and excessive prices that are Mainland Linden.... you won't find billboards, ad farms, rotating objects, high lagging casinos, shopping malls or anything else that impedes the quality of your residential lifestyle.

No premium subs required here to own land. You will find like minded people here who enjoy that Western style, which makes it ideal land for your scripted horses.

There's also a communal Cafe Bar (Kai-yote Cafe) area set aside for the residents enjoyment to host their own private functions or socialise with friends and neighbours.

Why not visit FLORENTINA and check it out!

I have attached some RL photos of types of builds you could go for or landscaping ideas.
