The only differents is that in McCutcheon the shops are starting from 30 prim-75L a week.
And the biggest shops are 300prim-750L a week (only 2 left)
Also 2 rentals left there in a nice park with ponds 200 prim-550L a week. Further a couple of freebiesshops. You can rent there for free a shop of 10 prims. Under the condition that your objects are free.
In Galore the new part of the Owlhouse are little shops but also big shops with much space.
So if you need space this is the place to be.
