I am developing a small community focused on meditation, yoga, and alternative healing. I needed the land space but not all the prims. I have two small residential skyboxes and four commercial spaces available in a mini-skymall. I would ask that anybody interested in renting the mini-shops be in theme with the area. The skyhouses are available to anyone. This is a private rental between you and myself. There are no fancy payment systems and I'm more than open to negotiation as this will help me with tier and hopefully provide you a nice beginners area to play in.
SKY BOXES - Simple two story 10x10 building. Include a 10x10 "front lawn". No neighbours nearby. House and lawn do not come from your prim count!
50 Prims - $L50/week
SHOPS - Open design in mini-mall style. In a skypark with a fountain, trees, and meditation area.
30 Prims - $L50/week
AD SPACE - Add space is available both on the land level and the sky mall.
Land-level Ad - $L25/week
Sky-level Ad - $L10/week
