We have for rental luxurious, spacious and private sky apartments. All luxury apartments have their own tv already installed, their own pool and a very spacious balcony..which cries out to have a party held on it! All sky apartments have lockable doors, tintable windows and many, many more features. We only have THREE left!
We do not stack our sky apartments... your sky apartment is on it's own parcel of land and out of chat range to the surrounding area..
As a tenant you will have land controls over your parcel so you can use the tools available to eject and ban any unwanted guests, change media settings and change the name of your parcel e.t.c...
If you are interested, come by the office and have a look at the vendor there that will take you straight to the sky apartment so you can have a look around
We are happy to work with you so you get the optimum experience from renting with us. One tenant asked if they could put up their own build that they were quite proud of and they quite rightly wanted to live in it and we had no problem with that as after all the land is being rented by YOU.. so if you would like the option of using your own choice of build just IM me and we can work something out
