Our newest open space sims have 1/4 sim lots available as follows:
1/4 lot - L$ 7500 (residential only) - 937 prims - 16,384 meters (NE or NW corner)
1/2 lot - L$ 15,000 (residential only) - 1874 prims - 32,768 meters (NE & NW corners)
All of our residential sims are free standing and offer ocean views on all four sides.
