If furnished you get 60 prims for your personal use and if unfurnished then you get 100 prims.
Either way Rental is 350L per week.
I, also, now have a 1024m model available and it is twice the prims, twice the land and, of course, twice the price - 700L per week.
I have homes on the south side of the water available at this time.
If you prefer, I can set up a SkyPod home for you at the same rates.
If you rent for 9 weeks then the 10th week is free, which makes the cost 315L per week!
