Here are the important details!
Residential apartments:
The 'apartments' are homes situated above shops. We currently have 14 apartments available, with 8 of them consisting of one bedrooms and 8 of them consisting of two bedrooms.
All of the apartments have windows, which the renter can open and close, and doors that are locked to all those not on the access list. You will be able to add people to the allow list.
They rent at 350l per week with 150 prims.
Great for the families of Sl.
Residential studio apartments:
The 'studio apartments' are also situated above a shops, however they consist of one open plan room per floor. They too have windows which are able to be open and closed at the renters will, and will too be locked, to keep the public out. You will be able to add to the allow list.
These studio apartments rent for 230L per week with 100 prims.
Ideal for a couple's first home.
****PRIVATE HOMES ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN A SIM-WIDE COMPETITION, WHICH INVOLVES DECORATING YOUR HOME IN ACCORDANCE TO THE THEME, AND ALLOWING GUESTS TO VOTE UPON WHICH IS THE BEST.***
The prize is a week's worth of rent, however it requires that you allow the general public into your home at any time. We ask that all decorations remain PG. You may contact Lily Lightcloud.
Commercial spaces:
In these spaces the windows stay open at all times.
You may sell whatever you please, however it must be PG in nature. This island actively encourages families and welcomes avs of all shapes and sizes, including children.
**Make sure you are aware of this.**
The larger 'end' buildings are slightly bigger than the regular shops, in turn they rent at 600l a week, with 150 prims.
The regular stores rents for 400l a week, with 100 prims.
Then we have a building dedicated to strickly vendor spots. They rent for 100L a week for 25 prims.

The theme for the winter season is based loosely on Charles Dickens 'A Christmas Carol'. which relies heavily upon a Christmas feel.
