If you're a year or less in SL age and have some creations or used items to sell, you can come and join the SL Public Land Preserve for a one-time fee of $50 and vend for free up to 25 prims at TechHeaven.

TechHeaven was designed to enable people just starting out and who have left and come back to SL for various reasons to get a break on the high-cost of rent, which can be $2 to $3 a prim in many malls.

The rules are simple -- only your own created items, or used items of others. Resale of Linden objects and freebies are discouraged, but anyone with disputes will have to take it up not with the mall management but the seller directly.

To keep this area with a pleasant shopping experience the following items are not allowed:

o explicit adult items -- this is PG
o anything spinning or spewing particles
o holovendors
o camp-chairs and lucky chairs
o "hi i'm online" sim-laggers
o gimmicks like "work at home" or "pyramid schemes"
