Small group of 12 white homes built in tiers on cliff overlooking a volcanic caldera with small islands surrounding it. The view from each terrace is spectcular. The caldera takes up a whole sim. The houses are small and greek style. You may actually run into your neighbors here. There is a small dock at the bottom of the cliff for social gatherings on the shore.
This community has a resort atmosphere. Each house has over 300 prims for the tenant to use. You will also have your own radio/video. Each house is on its own lot. You have to see them to believe them.
There is also has a new dance Club on the backside of the sim. Just opened and extremely popular. Bonobo.
The houses rent for $4000L per month.
This is an adult sim and tolerance of different lifestyles must be practiced.
