I have a class 5 full prim sim that's empty. I'd like to sell it or rent it or WHAT EVER but I really don't want it any more. So maybe this is an opportunity for someone.
If someone wants to RENT TO OWN it I will rent the full sim for 125K a month and if you stay renting it for 8 months I'll transfer it to you for $1 USD after the 8th month rent is paid.
No refund if you move out before 8 months is up ... so it's a way to get into a sim w/out 1000 down and you're basically paying a little more then 300 a month tier but in the end you'll own it.
