How to set up rentals of sales booths and property?

Hi there.

Us in the DarkLife game team would like to have a market square where players or other people could automatically rent a piece of land for a shop, or a booth for a table-top yard-sale type thing.

I understand there are sets of code that people can get/buy to automate the whole process of renting, taking cash, controlling just what can be placed etc.

I'd REALLY appreciate it if someone could give me some ideas of where I might find a solution to our puzzle or any other tips, guides, advice on this whole affair.
