This sim is enrolled in the Havok 4 early adopters program. There is a 10,000L fee upfront to reserve it and 130,000L tier is due within 12 hours, and monthly thereafter.

This is a full 15000 prim class 5 sim, NOT a void sim with 1875 prims.
