Situated in the quiet residential SIM of Artsebarsky, Isla Canela is a small development of 6 Greek/Spanish/Italian inspired houses situated around a main square, which is intended for communal use and designed to foster a supportive and neighbourly community.
Each house costs from 720L per week to rent, and comes with an allowance of 300 Prims for your personal use. Prepayment is required, but the rental may be shared between yourself and a partner or friend. The rent per week is normally 800L, but pay for a block of 4 weeks and that earns a discount of 10%, bringing the rent per week down to a very reasonable 720L a week. Extra Prims are available should you need them for an additional cost of 50L per week per 25 Prims.
Doors to the houses are left unlocked if the house is vacant, in order for you to inspect the interior of the houses, and the one house in the square is set up as a show house, for you to gain some idea of how it could look once furnished. After renting, you will be made a keyholder to your property to enable you to lock the doors and ensure your privacy and security. Although the houses do not have a garden, they do have a roof terrace, which is your own personal outdoor space. The houses themselves open directly onto the main square of Isla Canela, and you will have use of the facilities in the main square, including use of the large pool and bar area, to meet and socialize with your neighbours. There is also easy access to our small private beach, which you will also have free use of, as well as being able to enjoy wonderful views of the whole area from the top of the Isla Canela Lighthouse.
Please fell free to visit the houses at your leisure, it costs nothing to look, and I'm sure the sight will tell you more than I can explain in words. There are information and rental boxes outside each property should you require further details.
