Each home is situated on a 1024 sq meter lot so that you don't feel like your neighbor is right on top of you. All homes have a lush green manicured lawn, and lots of lovely trees, There is a gravel road with side walk for you to get out and ride your bike, horse, or just take a stroll around the neighborhood to meet and greet your neighbors. The island has a total of 36 rentals.
The center of the island is set up as the common area, where people can stroll through the park, dance in the pavilion, or go to the little church we have on site. There are even places set up around the garden area for you to sit and watch the ducks, or sit on the dock and swing your feet in the pond. The island is not set up as a beach sim. All the homes are turned inward to create more of a community enviornment. We have a nice quiet neighborhood, in order to keep it that way there are some common sense rules you have to live by.
