It is unusual that the walkups in Darkrose remain empty when so many people seek quiet, generally lag free living conditions.
Darkrose features ten rental spaces, single story or two story walkups, in a themed RP environment. 250 a week or 350 a week, dependent entirely upon space and prim allowance, residents will be scrutinized for acceptablility.
The market also features available rental space, though our traffic numbers are only mediocre. It is more about the ambiance, than the sheer volume, I believe, but then, I do not expect the market to ever fill, but with loyal merchants who support our ideals.
