There are 2 different beach homes created from the same talented designer. There is a common beach facing the ocean and sunsets, and a waterfall area. Animations are included as well as a radio in these areas.
Pay the rental box for at least a week and it's yours. The prim amount on the box is total on the land including what is there now. You must join the group, Kind Hearted Rental and Sales at no cost.

You have use of the radio, have a TV, lock the doors, darken the blinds, control the glass. There is security.

Kind Hearted Rentals is offering 4 homes on one 4096sq meter lot on a grassy private sim next to our farm. The entire area is commonly shared with all residents including a beautiful interactive waterfall. Each home is fully furnished with changeable rugs and art. It's two floors and there is an excellent bed menu and bench cuddle menu. Each home has a balcony with a slowdance on it for those special times. We offer security if necessary and the window do tint. Prices are 400L a week for the skyboxes and 500L a week for homes on the ground. You will also get 100 prims for personal use.
