What I am looking for: A commercial parcel on an estate sim, with or without a building, low lag with land permissions and tp point control. I will not pay to purchase estate land beyond $1L, however you will find that I can and will be a friendly/long term, payment on time renter. I prefer that the covenant allows for me to place a skybox to use as a private workshop and I am able to add my partner and an alt to group. I will consider a 2048 up to a 4096 parcel as long as there are no clubs, casinos or otherwise lag inducing businesses on the sim. Prim counts and pricing will be a serious factor in my decision.
