Axenfall is a sim bordered on two sides by Linden Protected water. We have a quaint marina and upscale shopping district as well as many custom homes set apart by trees and wonderful gardens for immediate rental.
All homes with a view. Privacy is our policy and each home comes equipt with locking doors and privacy windows YOU control and set the access list.
500/L a week for 200 prims (house prims are not counted in your prim allottment).
Rental includes rights to leave a small boat at the marina within your prim allottment.
