I am now selling the land where my loft is. it is a perfect rectangle and is most uniquely located as it is facing a wood owned by the lindens. The view is sooo relaxing !
If you don't own land yet or if you only have a 256 sqm, there will be no tier fees to pay.
I throw in as a gift the loft as it's seize was made for this land and added the mod priv so you may adjust it as you please. I also have another house for it (2 storey). If you are new to SL and don't know how to build, It will be a pleasure to help you out
