Approximately 7 lots are available for Music related stores or a cozy club. The lease rate is 2L per prim, 10% discount for leases above 1200 prims.
How it works: You own the land, you manage your own land settings, teleports, music streams, etc. All you have to do is maintain the weekly lease fee, depending on the amount of prims you need. Be sure to be one of the first to choose your new plot!
