Jai Legend Island was terraformed by Paradise Landscaping and built by VP Unlimited/J-Way Designs.
Currently, we have rental shops available. We offer:
30 prims for $250L/week
50 prims for $350L/week
First rental payment is not due til the day of the grand openning (tentative - June 28th, but may be pushed up to June 14th).
There are 2 different rental sections (North Wing & West Wing, 40 total shops). The landing point is located in the West Wing, the Lounge is in the center (main attraction) and the North Wing is home of J-Way Designs main store.
The Grand Opening Event will be hosted by WKSK 105.5 The Heat (Smooth Jazz & R&B):
Plenty of lindens will be given away at this event and all contests are judged accordingly to the specific event, not how many friends a person can teleport in to vote for them.
The public beach is a relaxing getaway.
