The Carmine City Mall's Club Palisade Is Now For Lease To The Right Canidate. The Lease Price Is $500 Per Week With 100 Prims (50 Prims If Kept With Current Furnishings). Leasing This Space Will Grant The Tenant With Full Club Management Responsibilites. The Tenant Will Be Allowed To Redesign/Redecorate The Club As They See Fit So Long As It Is In Good Taste.
As The Club Manager You Will Be Responsible For All Club Activites To Include Events. A Minimum Of 3 Events Is Required Each Week.
