Euphoria Island was designed to gave each new Resident a beautiful place they can call "home". Euphoria Island is a great Mix out of Residental and Commerical Community with alot of privacy for each Interest. Euphoria Island Rentals is set to "double Prims" This means you will have plenty amount of prims you can spend on your new Home/Store/Office and this without holding a Premium Account, nor upgrading your Account or paying any Tax to Linden Labs.
Pricing :
As is the case elsewhere in Second Life, land ownership in the Euphoria estates requires the payment of tier fees. However, there is no need for a Second Life "Premium Account" in order to own land here, no hefty purchase cost, and your tier fees go directly towards covering the costs of running our estate and ensuring a high standard of service for its residents.
The following are our tier fees:
2016 / 2048 /sq.m ( 2x 461 prims = 922/936 prims ) - L$ 2000 per week
4080 sq.m (2x 933 prims = 1866 prims) - L$4000 per week
There are no initial fees beyond the L$15 for claiming a parcel. Once claimed, you will have full control over the parcel, including setting streaming media, terraforming, and changing building and script settings. Note, however, that upon claiming a parcel, you will be expected to make tier payments immediately after claiming. Estate management reserves the right to reclaim land in the event that tier payments are not promptly made.
