This is a small market place on a quarter sim surrounding 3 main stores. We want to focus on sellers who have items that fit nicely into the look and feel of our marketplace and we only have a few spaces available to rent. We are a group of friends who have decided to join forces and combine our efforts into one location for our main shops.

We are being very particular about what comes in here and frankly BIAB and resellers of wares are not welcome. We want original content creation only to create the kind of atmosphere that people want to keep coming back to rather than just filling slots with the same old line up of goods. We also have some strict policies about how people sell their goods and what equiptment shops are using to sell to minimize lag and maximize the shopping experiance for our customers. We want them to be able to walk easily from shop to shop to enjoy the view of the marketplace and let it be somewhere they enjoy spending time rather than a visual assault.

(grungy houses) with 50 prims a piece- 300L/week :

these are the largest available shops and are their own parcels. you can name the land, control media and set up Direct teleports to the shop.


Market Stalls ( grungy shed ) with 15 prims a piece for 75L/week:

these open directly onto the center of the marketplace and have none of the controls of the corner shops but they do share traffic with the entire market and 3 main stores of the sim.


Mart Carts (center beat up carts) with 10 prims a piece for 50L/week:

these cute little carts are dead center of all the action and right at the teleport point a perfectly inexpensive way to let people see your goods.

Large Shops with individual style perfect for starting a mainstore before you can own your own land.
these have full media control, the ability to name your parcel and set your land in search as well as set up your own teleport point

prices vary according to size we currently have two separate ones available.

this is a mature market but no adult content or nudity is allowed
