All are Full Prim - Class 5 Sims. You will own the parcel so you can set it to your group, control your own media stream, etc. Please read the land covenant before renting. You do NOT need a premium account to own an island parcel. Prices are shown WEEKLY but rent must be paid four weeks at a time.
