The sim is home to my main store in the center of the sim so all available plots are waterfront.
There is a covanent but its very relaxed so you can do what you want without having to worry about being surrounded by mainland style mayhem and disorder.
Land is only a token 1L$ then you pay rent for as long as you want to stay. Just let me know how you would like to pay.
Land doesnt have to be used commercialy but bare in-mind theres no red ban lines here so if you want privacy you can build up to 4096m in the sky
