If anyone is looking for a long term renter to rent out and pay tier thru them for a parcel or parcels on a snow sim to place my quality builds. Please Contact me. I've currently created a snowy Victorian steampunk train depot with train and various empty builds for me to live in. The current build is in "Mars". or IM me to take a look if your sim is "themed".

Rainbow butterflies and blinking rotating signed parcel owners need not respond. Id' really like to form a friendship with a parcel owner who can appreciate style' creativity..originality and who understands the niuances of non blinking textures and "sound architecture".

My current personal projects involve snowy russian style "Alphonse Mucha" Influenced architecture and echo the "art nouveau" genre . They can easily fit into any Victorian themed Sim.

My current parcel only supports 1464 prims and i would like to increase that alottment to approx 2000.

Please check my picks for credentials if there is any doubt of my abilty to help enhance your SIM. I am looking to rent and would like a non-mainland parcel unless it's extremely well thought out and parced for privacy. Also PG parcel owners need not respond. I am an adult.
