Pirate themed sim has stores for rent, 100 Lindens per week for 25 Prims, 2-week minimum. Traffic ranges from 2,000-5,000. 7 shops total at this time.

Wicked Pirate Village is located directly before the entrance to the huge pirate ship (100'X40'X79') which is the Wicked Wench Pirate Club. The village is pirate themed and sits on a large dock over the water.

Wicked Wench Pirate Club has daily themed events. The rest of the sim has a variety of water type activites such as hang gliding, surfing, swimming, catamaran, wind surfing and more.

We want quality shops, rental system is in place but I will be scrutinizing what vendors have shops. Advertising can be arranged on the ship in more prominent locations possibly.
