I am looking to sell my Class V Region 'Ambrosius'. The are several reasons for this:
1) I am limited now to how much time I can spend online.
2) I wish to concentrate on my photography studio and not land rentals.
3) As I am based in the UK, I am penalised for owning land by having to pay VAT on top of the tier fee. This means I cannot compete with the Americans who can rent land at a cheaper rate.
As I write this I am the only resident on the SIM. I occupy an 8192 parcel where I base my photography studio and 7seas fishing. I can relocate if required.
Tier is due to L-Labs on the 14th of the month and is paid until 14th Nov.
