Just bought a Class 5 Sim and moving our NeoSoul "Legend Lounge", shops, etc. I have a successful gesture business and my partner has a successful decorating business which will be moving also. We will have roughly 40 nice sized rental shops. Construction starts as soon as Linden Lab transfer ownership (you know how slow they are). Anyways, here are the 2 packages:

$350L/week - 50 prims
Will have frequent events with WJAM 104.3 the Beat (Urban) & WKSK 105.5 The Heat (Smooth Jazz, Neo-Soul).
