We have a new shopping plaza open in NE Jefferson sim. Six large stores -- each L$400/200 prim. And we are offering a 20% discount to all new tenants if you pay four weeks in advance! Several clubs nearby -- and the SLEC is just across the street. Corner stores near the telehub -- your customers won't have to search all over the sim for your store.
