We have a limited amount of openspace sims available near our full sim. We are looking for select individuals who would enjoy the freedom of having their own sim, without paying those crazy upfront prices to "own" land.
There is no purchase price....Afterall, Estate land is really only truly owned by the estate owner... so this is a rental. However, you WILL have full owner & estate rights and usage, including terraforming. Anything goes except clubs/land resale.
Tier is 28,000L/mo - Paypal options also available after initial rental.
These are stand alone sims and are NOT connected to any others.
Terraforming, landscaping is offered for those who would prefer to leave it up to someone else Smile Inquire for pricing.
