Last low-cost plot in Nautilus available, the other went quickly. There are no plots in Nautilus or Bay City lower in price than this. I am selling at cost because I found another plot in Nautilus and am not interested in flipping land.
This lot is 2x prims, meaning you get twice the number of prims as regular land, so it will save you a lot of tier costs over time.
