In the past 2 months the region has been designed on low prim usage, nice scripting and has nearly no lag at all.

Voice Server:
PH has his own stand-alone voice server for residents and their friends.
The voice server runs using teamspeak and residents can use it grid wide and also offline from SL to chat with other residents and their friends. Every resident can have his own private channel on the voice server with password protection for privacy

Service:
Owners on-site will custom your rented property interior to meet your needs. We adjust wallpapers and floors to meet your need and add or remove walls for you as needed. This full service makes for a pleasant stay in PH and make you feel at home from the start.

Leases & Rentals:
All leases are managed by our automated lease system.
The moment you rent a place you will be added to the access system of the house. Once you joined our residents group you will be able to rez your furniture and objects and invite your friends over. On termination of the lease the system will remove you from the controls by itself.

The PH Estate Office (SLURL) is located in the heart of PH.
If you visit the Office you find several informations regarding rentals on the walls located on the ground floor.
