The HPE archipelago is just being developed in the Western part of the SL grid, themed to be reminiscent of LeGuin’s Earthsea, having tasteful builds with a medieval to 1700’s look. Beautiful and a bit mysterious, a perfect home for anyone who loves fantasy, pirates, etc. Covenant and parcel structure guarantee open water ways for sailing. Skyboxes, etc. with no theme restrictions may be built above 400 meters. While there are castles along with cottages in place and ready for immediate occupancy buyers are, of course, free to do their own builds to replace those there now. Island owners may set up and rent medieval cottages on the islands to defray their expenses. The actual purchase price is ZERO, since the price to buy the land is counted as yiur first months rent, just go there, select buy the land for the price of the first months rent.
