becouse of too many bigger projects i am running ingame i decided to sell my 2 successfull malls. here is the description of the Romantica Beach Mall - you find my other mall in the next post.
the Romantica Beach Mall is a very nice and romantic place where users like to walk & hang around. it is in the direct ( view- AND flyable) neighbourhood of Nude Islands - a 100K + traffic sim wich is in the charts for months. the Romantica Beach Mall have between 40 - 60K traffic and is very successfull and near completely rented out. a lot of the vendors tooked a second stall cuz they SELL on this place. there are 67 Stalls plus 2 big mainstores and a huge land reserve to expand this mall when you wish. the mall is doing aproxm 150.000 L$ a month and the land have 25.488 sqm.
the traffic is good and rich - not only campers - very good searchengine results also wich brings a lot of BUYERS to the place. there is also a huge and at night well crowded ballroom on the Romantica sim and the whole place have a awesome tropical atmosphere with lots of plants, beaches etc. the mall is rented out by professional vendors with quality items and not full of crap like reseller full perm stuff etc. you find a lot of very well known shop names here.
i sell for a absolute garbain price of 479.000 L$!!! very good occassion for people who are looking for a professional business wich EARNS from day 1. please no blabla guys. serious people with interest contact me please ingame (NOT here cuz i am not often in this forum).
