It contains some existing landscape features like 2 Grottos, an open Sanctuary building, enviromental sounds, fountain,a waterfall with secret cave. All of this you are free to use
as if it were your own, including placing your own poses within.
About 1/2 the land at the front has been cleared away, so that you can place your own main building and furniture. If you don't have any building, i have an assortment from which you can choose from, saving you some money initially.
The front beach backs onto 3 community water sims (Notre Dame Bay,White Bay & Calya) all of which can be used for sailing or other watersports.
All this at a bargain price of 3400 L p/wk -that's twice as much land & prims normally associated with this sort of rental price.
At least have a look at it......I don't have any crabs waiting for you on the beach!
