Profit From Sim : $155.00 US per month at this time.
Terms:
A contract will be drawn up and exchanged.
Payment will be made to me.
Immediately upon reciept of payment a support ticket will be placed to transfer the region to the new owner. Per TOS I will pay the $100 transfer fee.
Buyer must then also place a ticket to accept the transfer.

Why am I selling it?
Very simply I need the cash, as sad as that sounds. Things are tight, the holidays are coming and I hate depending on the grandparents to buy all the presents. So, I chose the least complicated region I own and put it up for sale.
