Actually, nudey isn't obligatory, but female would be nice if only because I tend to feel more comfortable around the fairer sex even when they're clothed. This doesn't mean there's a no men policy, merely that as I will be letting out part of my home I have the final say and want whoever moves in to be someone I can feel relaxed around.
The house isn't lavish as there simply aren't that many prims to play with, but your room will be equipped with a bed and maybe one or two small items of furniture upon request. The house itself is open to anyone passing (at present, this may change if people abuse my hospitality), and is still a work in progress. It is very much geared towards the more... nocturnal.. activities of SL so any lodger would have to be tolerant of and ideally into that.
What you get is somewhere you can get some privacy, with your room having a locked door (once I've managed to fit a lock) and the house generally being quiet and off the beaten path. I cannot spare any prims, but will be happy to try and squeeze in any personal items you wish to have in your room if possible.
What you pay is up for negotiation. I would like in the region of L$200 per week but this is flexible as getting along is just as if not more important than cash.
