I am selling all 4 of my sims due to no time to play SL like I use to. All 4 sims are full of tenants - some own the land and some rent the land. The sims are NOT class 5 but they do carry the old tier of $195 a month. I will sell these sims for exactly what I paid for them and that is $1250.00US each. The buyer will be responsible for paying the transfer fee. I would like to see someone get the sims that are landlords now and will keep the tenants in place.
