You are renting real property, not just prims, and you have control over media such as music and video. For just 800L/wk, you will have around 420 prims, less the skybox house. Actual prim count varies, but the prims offered her are much higher than with "prim-only" rentals and, you have control over your property prim only rentals cannot provide.
