This is a prime location at the Jewels of Intrigue and won't last long. We have just one store available for rent - size is 10 x 20, rental is $5L per prim per week with a minimum prim usage of 50 and a maximum of 150.
All of the designers (see the list below) have been with us in the Jewels of Intrigue since we opened the sim a few months ago, stability is nice don't you think? We have some lucky chairs in the retail area, beautiful gardens scattered around the sim along with free jetskis and skydiving so there is much traffic daily.
Jewels of Intrigue is on the Isles of Intrigue, a Class 5 Sim. No clubs, casinos or camping chairs so lag is extremely low at all times!
