We currently have 3 of these sims available now.
YOu can live alone on the entire 65536 sqm Island/Sim with 3750 prims alotment.
You can be allowed terraform the land as you want and set your own zoning rules.

Also, if you want to have a Sim with the special name you want, you can order/book a new sim with us.
