We have a limited amount of openspace sims available around our full sim. We are looking for select individuals who would enjoy the freedom of having their own sim, without paying those upfront prices to "own" land that really isnt theirs to own anyway.
There is NO purchase price....Therefore these are being offered as rentals, though you will have full rights and usage, including terraforming. Anything goes except clubs.
Costs is 25,000L/mo, 2 months rent required initially.
After that, its just monthly. Weekly payment & Paypal options also available.
