Due to real life work, I am unable to manage my second life real estate business which is why I have decided to sell some of my sims.
I am selling 10 sims as a whole ONLY! for 3500 USD which means 350 USD per sim!.
The occupancy rate is 98% on those 10 sims.
I will pay the transfer fee for those sims.
